The Seventh Annual Barkarilla is a pirate pooch parade with a purpose as we celebrate the upcoming Gasparilla Parade Season to Benefit Animal Based Charities, Inc. – a 501(c)-3 charity assisting over 80 Animal Rescue Organizations of the Tampa Bay Area.
